[2人份]
白飯(皇家穀堡台東米)—2碗

豬肉片 Sliced pork---220g
清酒 Sake—1/2大匙
味淋 Mirin—1/2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2大匙

洋蔥 Onion—1/4個
高麗菜 Cabbage—1張（90g）
青椒 Green pepper—1/2個
紅甜椒 Red bell pepper—1/2個

[ 和風黑醋醬汁 ]
醬油 Soy sauce—1.5大匙
清酒 Sake—1大匙
砂糖 Sugar—2小匙
黑醋 Black vinegar—1大匙
日式高湯 Dashi—150cc

太白粉 Potato starch—1大匙
水 Water—1大匙
